It’s a good location, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The street is not the nicest but it’s clean and safe and close to the metro and buses

The location was great, just next to Gran Via and Plaza Espana. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was spacious and comfortable. It was also quiet and relaxing, no noise from anywhere.

Excellent location, close to one of the busiest and most beautiful streets in Madrid. A lot of small restaurants around - Spanish, Asian, Italian. Close also to the Royal Palace (less than 10 minutes walk) and to a magnificent park with great views. Spacious and clean room, with large and comfortable beds, kettle and water, coffee and tea provided, Bathroom with all necessary things - toothbrushes and tooth paste, hair combs, make-up pads, shampoo, conditioner and body cream, hairdrier, etc.

Everything. Especially the reception team. They were the best I've encountered so far and I travel alot. My special heart felt. Thank you to Sergio, Sebastian, Eugenia, and Lidia. I really appreciated all the help they gave me,from cell phones to room keys Everything always with a smile. I felt very comfortable asking for help. A great professional team. The room was very clean and big, we had a lovely balcony as well that had a view of the whole street. Location is amazing, close to all the city attractions and shops! Great wifi and room service was very good as well. On our check out day, since we had a flight in the evening the hotel let us also leave our baggage with them.

Very good location. Near key points in Madrid like restaurants and transportation. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Always with a smile on their face.
